Is your organisation tired and worn down from chronic unresolved conflict? Do you need to reset the team and get people working together productively again?
Adelaide Conflict Management can run a twelve week program that specifically meets your organisation’s needs. The program, which requires the team to meet for 90 minutes every week for twelve weeks, will get your team buzzing along as they build trust and develop their relationships so that they can be more productive and resolve issues as they arise.
This program can also be rolled out over the same period but with longer, less regular meetings.
ACM has exclusive access to Powernoodle, sophisticated stakeholder engagement software that uses the power of anonymity to engage staff and to provide an opportunity for management to gain a deep understanding the issues that are holding their organisation back.
We use Powernoodle as a way of quickly and safely gaining information about what is working well and what isn’t. You need to engage your team if you want buy in from them. Be brave and find out what your team is really saying about you.
Do you have a leader or a staff member who is perceived by the team as being a bully?
Do you feel that everyone just tolerates this behaviour because they don’t how to deal with it? Do you, as an organisation, walk on egg shells most of the time, trying not to upset a leader or staff member who is known to bite people’s heads off or who is often sarcastic and rude?
At Adelaide Conflict Management, we can work with this person and coach them to have a greater understanding of how their behaviour impacts on their team and their outcomes. Many people who are deemed to be “bullies” are unaware of how they are perceived by their team because no-one tells them what is going on. They’re not given an opportunity to change or improve their behaviour.
